If you could have been wandering around our house for the last 48 hours, this is what you would have seen Christoper Robin doing.
He was congested along with a low grade fever on Tuesday but today his fever escalated to over 104. Poor little guy.
Luckily his Dad was able to be at his side this afternoon. Finally all the piles of money we spent for dental school and this past year in residency are beginning to pay off. It was so great to have Ryan caring for him.
He said to his Daddy that the poison was making him sick and that he needed to go to the hospital in the ambulance.
I really wish he could have his ride in the Ambulance-he has wanted one for years-but NOT because he is sick, but because he wins the ride at the fair.
There has been an upside to Robin being out of commission- our house has stayed clean. Ryan and I did not have to spend the evening on our hands and knees picking up trucks. Hummmm, what to do with all our extra time.
Grammy--so you don't worry, Robin is doing better tonight.

ReplyDeleteGeez, it just doesn't seem that long ago that the guy in the scrubs was the one in HIS daddy's arms when he was sick. Like daddy, like son. These Swigert men are worth their weight in gold, aren't they?
