Christopher Robin

got his first bike.  It is blue of course.  He took it on a maiden voyage this weekend. 


Once he learned how to get on, he was up and running.

 He learned how to use his brakes going down the scary hill.


Then

 past the duck pond he peddled

to see the waterfall.

He absolutely had to drive through every muddy puddle

and "crash down in some too."

"Such wonderful slushy water to track all through my house!"


Luckily  for Robin, his Dad was there to get him remounted and off rolling again!

    I don't think there is any little boy out there that would have a greater appreciation for the workings and engineering design of a bike more than Christopher Robin. To Christopher Robin: "Next time you pass the waterfalls and the ducks, say hello to them from Grammy. Also give a big hug to your new BLUE bike from Grammy!"
